1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order through Chashma 99 websites, apps, or retail store outlets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in India.

2. Prescription Accuracy & Verification

Customers ordering prescription corrective eyewear confirm that their uploaded or entered prescription was issued by a certified optometrist or ophthalmologist within the last 12 months. Chashma 99 optometrists verify all powers before robotic lens cutting.

3. Pricing & Promotional Codes

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. Promotional discount coupons (e.g. CHASHMA50) cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Patna, Bihar.
