How to Return or Exchange
- Go to My Account or send a message on WhatsApp (+91-7978842467) with your Order ID.
- Select the reason for return (e.g. size adjustment, lens preference, exchange for different frame model).
- Pack the eyewear safely in its original hard case with the microfiber pouch.
- Our courier partner will arrive at your address within 24–48 hours to collect the parcel.
- Upon inspection at our optical facility, your replacement order is dispatched immediately, or full refund is credited to your original payment method.
