Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement before prescription lens fabrication begins. Once lenses have been custom-edged, standard return procedures apply upon delivery.

2. 7-Day Refund Eligibility

Items returned within 7 days in their original packaging, with intact barcode tags and protective hard cases, qualify for a 100% refund or free replacement exchange.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned parcel is received and inspected at our Patna optical hub (within 2 business days of pickup), refunds are initiated instantly. Funds reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Card) within 3–5 business days.
